This production contains loud noises and disturbing sounds.
Miss Represented tells the story of the everywoman; a poor working class girl from Who Knows, America with dreams to become something more.
Through monologue she shares her experiences growing up in a world stacked against her as she prepares for a chance in a lifetime to become the next Miss America. In the process she battles her own inner demons as well as society’s misogynistic norms in a piece that critiques the out-dated nature of beauty pageants and their effects on the contestants.
